Doka-Framax large area formwork systems, STETTER concrete plant, PUTZMEISTER truck-mounted concrete pumps and mixers, MERCEDES trucking vehicles, CATTERPILLAR, HAM and VÖGELE machinery, LIEBHERR tower cranes and GROVE truck-mounted cranes, ASPHALT TECHNOLOGIES asphalt factory and other high-value technological equipment is the foothold of both GRADNJA’s own business development and the development of the region’s civil engineering business. The concrete plant STETTER, its production capacity of 140 m3/h with the option of simultaneous mixing in two planetary mixers of 1.5 m3, equipped with a recycling plant of the capacity of 12 m3/h, is the first concrete factory in Croatia certificated according to the norm HRN EN 206-1. A new, highly automated reinforcement steel plant with technology lines for the processing of reinforcements at the rate of 3.000 kg/h is equipped with state-of-the-art SCHNELL machines for reinforcement cutting and bending.

GRADNJA has also developed its own production of prefabricated RC structures, type GRADNJA, up to 24 m in span, and the system of prefabricated housing construction has been re-implemented in prestressing technology (known as “Žeželj” in earlier practice), perfected by the company’s own technology of prefabricated RC façade thermo panels. Rounding off the business offer of modern operative assets in high-rise construction by complementary low-rise construction, by installing a state-of-the-art concrete plant, GRADNJA provides an “all-in-one” solution in the realization of investment projects applying an integral approach of “functional key-in-hand” in the construction of technically and technologically most demanding class A buildings for which GRADNJA has been licensed since April 2008 pursuant to the Permission of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and Construction.
